1. What safety guarantees do FunLab products have?
All of FunLab’s products have been selected due to their suitability for use by children. The appropriate age is indicated for each item. The brands sold by FunLab are from the United States and are certified by American agencies for the use by children. For example, art products from Sargent Art are certified as non-toxic (certified CP/AP). All the products are labeled with the CE mark, and in the case of toys have been tested using the European standards for toy safety (standard EN71).
2. How can I get in touch with FunLab?

3. Can my order be gift-wrapped?
Absolutely! It is important to specify during the checkout process that the order is a gift, to write a message to be included with the package and indicate the address where the wonderful present should be sent. The present will be wrapped in fun paper. Use this opportunity to send a fantastic surprise!
4. Can I ship an order overseas?
At this time, we are not shipping abroad. We are working on this and therefore to have further information regarding the costs for shipping to a specific European address please send an email to info@funlab.it indicating the potential destination.
5. Can I divide my order, sending it to multiple addresses?
It is possible using separate purchases. Meaning that it is necessary to divide the purchase such that the products are grouped in relation to each of the separate shipping address. Then make an order for each address. In case you have any doubts, please send us an email at info@funlab.it and we will speedily address the issue.
6. What happens if I am not at home when the package is delivered?
Our shipping carriers will attempt to deliver the order two times. If at the second attempt you are not at home, we will be informed that the delivery has not been made. We will contact you to verify when and how the delivery can be made. This is why it is important to indicate when making the order an email address and a contact number. Remember that it is possible to directly pick up the order at our FunLab pickup desk if you are in Milan. Furthermore, if you would like to know the status of your order, please contact us at support@funlab.it and we will give you all available information regarding the order’s completion.
7. Can I pick up my order?
Certainly! We have a FunLab pick-up desk in Milan located at via Gorani n. 5, close to Corso Magenta. To organize a pick-up, please send an email to support@funlab.it, indicating the day and time that you would like to pick the order up. We will confirm via email our availability. Furthermore, you can visit our showroom where we organize creative workshops and theme birthday parties and try out our products!
8. I lost the instruction manual included in my package, how can I get another copy?
You can find it at our website www.funlab.it. Look for the product of interest and download the instruction manual for your toy!
9. Can I have a paper copy of the FunLab catalog?
If you are a retailer interested in our products please send us an email to owners@funlab.it indicating the name of the company and address. At this time, we are not able to send paper catalogs to private clients.
10. How can I sign my child up for a FunLab workshop or organize a birthday party at the FunLab facility?

11. Which are the accepted payment methods?
We accept bank transfer, Paypal and cash on delivery. Paypal can be used to pay directly with credit card, without having a paypal account.
