About us - Our Mission

Funlab is an adventure characterized by creativity, imagination, colors and fun:  it started from the desire to have fun with and keep kids busy and happy while promoting the development of their artistic capabilities. 

Funlab makes available all the instruments necessary for young artists to express their creativity by offering:

- Kits and Creative toys, FunLab brand as well as others imported from the United States where they are already very successful

- Art materials such as glue, scissors, crayons, brushes, paints and google eyes … the building blocks for the development of a little artist.

FunLab also organizes workshops and theme birthday parties, your little artist will be able to make and bring home fantastic creations!

In summary, FunLab would like to facilitate adults and children passing unforgettable moments together creating!  The rest is up to you, including the satisfaction of having collaborated with your child in putting together surprisingly fun projects. We at FunLab address Moms, Dads, Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles or whoever would like to stimulate the creativity of children through a rather unconventional gift. 

The core team

We are Alison and Donatella, two Moms dedicated to promoting the artistic/creative sense of children and providing the appropriate tools to Moms, Dads and Grandparents … in order to help find quality time, even if limited, to dedicate to children creating wonderful projects.

Donatella – Degree in Nuclear Engineering at Politecnico of Milan, M.Sc. of Materials Science at Chalmers Tekniska Högskola Göteborg, MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, I have worked for more than 10 years at McKinsey, a world leader in strategic consulting.  Married to Andrea, I have two little girls Aurora and Margherita.

Alison –  Born in southern Texas in the heart of the United States, I tr  aveled a lot before moving to  Italy at the end of  the 90’s with my husband Enzo.  Undergraduate degree in Biochemistry, PhD in Microbiology and a lo ng experience in medical research, I am Mom to Emma and Tommaso.
